By signing this contract, the named player binds himself for the duration of the 2024 season in the North American Baseball Leagues to the team named at the top this contract. The North American Baseball League and its members, and/or Team Sponsor or Coaches shall not be liable for any injuries sustained by any player in the North American Baseball League and its affliates.
